浅谈建筑工程几种质量通病

On several common quality defects of building engineering

结合工程实例,介绍了建筑工程中门窗渗水、面砖墙面渗漏、裂缝等常见质量通病,分析了通病产生的原因,总结出相应的防治方法,并加强施工、监理、使用等方面的管理,从而确保结构安全和避免不必要的损失。

Combined with practical work, common quality defects in building engineering such as water penetration of door and windows, brick wail seeping, cracks and so on are introduced. The reasons caused those quality defects are analyzed, at the same time corresponding preven- tion and treatment methods are summarized. Further discussion is also made on strengthening construction, supervision and management in other aspects, in order to ensure the safety of structure and avoid unnecessary losses.
