The paper briefly introduces the valuation mode of the bill of quantities, analyzes the adoption of the completion settlement of the bidding project under the bill of quantities by taking the teaching and lab building project of some college, and points out some problems, such as, the investigation design, the compilation of the bill of quantities, and the construction management, so as to realize the investigation control and the prevention of risks.
