摘要
根据工程建设的全过程控制是投资控制的有效方法,结合截污管网建设过程中的经验,对设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段及竣工验收阶段的投资控制提出了一些看法,从而实现管网工程投资效益最大化。
According to that the whole process control of engineering construction was an effective method of investment control, combined with experience of sewage interception pipe network construction, some viewpoints about investment control in design stage, tender stage, construction stage and checking stage were proposed, therefore realized pipe network engineering investment efficiency maximum.
