摘要
分步压装药机主机由机械、电气、气动、液压、润滑等功能系统组成。辅助部分包括随机配备液压补充系统和根据需要配套的弹体传输装置、操作维修平台、电视监视系统等。该分步压装药机综合了螺旋装药和压力装药的优点,以测绘引进设备为基础进行设计制造。其装药过程通过每次少剂量装散药剂,随装随压,"装—压—装—压"交替连续完成全战斗部的药剂装填,在冲压头附近形成薄层密实区,冲头下面的散装药被压实,冲头也随装药面的升高而自动上移,直至弹丸口部,随着冲压头不断运动最终形成药柱,装药过程完成。
The host of the distributed charging equipment includes 5 functional subsystems of mechanical, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and lubrication. Its auxiliary equipments include hydraulic supplement system, missile body transmission equipment, operation maintenance platform and TV monitoring system. The charging equipment is designed on the basis of imported mapping equipment, and combined with advantages of spiral charging and pressure charging. The charging equipment finishes its whole warhead charge through low dose of bulk reagent each time, while charging with pressing and connected alternation of charging and pressing; the thin dense layer of powder is formed near the punching equipment; bulk powders under the punching equipment is compacted, and the punching equipment automatically rises with the increase of powders until the projectile port; finally the charge grain is formed with the continuous movement of punching equipment and the process of charge is over.
