摘要
单兵遥控机器人控制系统主要用于轮式、履带式小型机器人的行走驱动控制、机械手的三维控制、搭载设备控制等。控制系统的发射机和接收机各采用一块单片机做信号处理,使用小型数传电台在发射机与接收机之间做多路模拟量、数字量的双向数据传输。单兵遥控机器人的控制系统结构简单、可靠性高、成本低,能满足一般小型机器人的控制需求。
Individual telerobot control system is mainly applied in areas like actuating control of small-sized belt/caterpillar robots' movement, three dimensional control of manipulator and loading equipment control. Its transmitter and receiver respectively use a SCM to process signals, while adopts small-sized data radio station to bidirectionally transmits multiple analog and digital signals between transmitter and receiver. The control system has high reliability and low costs, with simple architectures, and can meet the requirements of mass small-sized robot control.
