复方中草药制剂626戒毒胶囊对吗啡依赖性小鼠的作用研究

Study on Effect of “626 Capsule” in Morphine-dependent Mice

跳跃试验采用在两天内皮下注射吗啡,总剂量为325mg/kg。在注射吗啡同时灌服626戒毒胶囊,剂量分别为1g/kg、2g/kg、4g/kg。对照组灌胃生理盐水。纳洛酮催促实验表明,626戒毒胶囊剂量为2g/kg时,小鼠戒断跳跃次数与对照组相比P<0.05;626戒毒胶囊剂量为4g/kg时,P<0.01。此外,试验结果还表明,626戒毒胶囊对纳洛酮催促的吗啡依赖性小鼠体重下降有明显改善作用,低中剂量与对照组相比P<0.05,高剂量组P<0.01。

The mice were injected morphine subscutaneously to form dependent rapidily in two days, the total dosage was 325mg/kg. they were given 626 Capsule lg/kg.2g/kg.4g/kg respectively by oral, while control group was given NS. The result for inducing jumping reaction showed that 626 Capsule 2g/kg、4g/kg could inhibit jumping reaction in morphinedependent mice, compared with NS group p < 0.05and p<0.01. The another result in this issues proved that 626 Capsule was obviously effective on weight decreament of body in morphine-dependent mice by naloxone-precipitated.
