摘要
在大角速度应用时,标度因数非线性误差成为IFOG的主要误差源,对IFOG的标度因数非线性进行补偿可明显降低IFOG的误差。通过多项式拟合建立IFOG的输入输出模型,利用LabVIEW的串口通信和数据处理功能实现干涉型开环光纤陀螺仪标度因数的非线性测试与补偿。结果表明,经过补偿后的IFOG标度因数非线性度可提高3个数量级。
Scale factor's nonlinearity is the IFOG's main error in high rotation rate applications, and the IFOG's error can be greatly improved by the scale factor's nonlinearity compensation. The input to output characteristic of IFOG is modeled by polynomial fitting, and the IFOG's scale factor nonlinearity test and compensation is realized by taking advantage of LabVIEW's serial port communication and data processing functions. The result shows that, the compensated IFOG's scale factor nonlinearity can be improved by 3 orders of magnitude.
