清脉宁治疗糖尿病性血管病的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON DIABETIC ANGIOPATHY TREATED WITH QINGMAINING

本文观察了以活血化瘀、祛痰降浊为大法组成的清脉宁对105例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NID-DM)并发血管病患者血清脂蛋白、载脂蛋白及血流的影响,并用绞股蓝总甙片口服102例进行对照。服药6w后,治疗组患者甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.1～O.001);高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白Al(apoA1)水平显著升高(P<0.01);血流变各项指标显著改善(P<0.05～0.01)。在降低TG、TC、LDL-C、VLDL-C、apoB100,升高HDL-C、apoAl水平及改善血流变各项指标方面,明显优于对照组,清脉宁能有效地抑制NIDDM患者脂蛋白的代谢异常,从而对预防甚至逆转NIDDM并发血管病将会起到积极作用。

The paper reported the clinical observation on 105 patients with NIDDM complicated angiopathy treated with qingmaining and the effects of the medicine on patient' s blood - lipid and rheology. The results showed that the level of TG. TC. LDL - C and apoBioo in patients with NIDDM complicated angiopathy treated with qingmaning for 6 weeks significantly lower than that of before -treated, (P < 0. 1 - 0. 01) , the level of HDL - C and apoAi was significantly higher (P < 0. 01) , the improvement of blood rheology indexes was more obivious, The changes of TG, TC, LDL - C, VLDL - c , apoBioo-HDL - C apoA; and improvement of blood rheology in qingmainig group were better than that of the control group. All these indicated that qingmaining could effectively inhibite the disorder of blood - lipid metabolism in patients with NIDDM, prevente or reverse the NIDDM complicated angiopathy.
