Kohlberg＇s moral discussing strategy, and its formation, operation and practical value are briefly presented. It also explores the enlightenment toward moral education in school in three aspects ： emphasizing chief status of students and giving full play to students＇ subjective initiative; emphasizing students＇morality development and taking moral education in stages; emphasizing moral knowing conflict and improving methods of moral education.
