浅议网络“虚拟财产”的法律保护

随着网络游戏的出现和发展,网络游戏中的虚拟财产成为纠纷的焦点之一,但我国现行法律并没有对此问题做出明确的规定。应该将网络虚拟财产作为一种独立的财产权进行保护,从立法或司法解释以及现实保护两个方面着手,使网络游戏产业在法治的轨道内实现平稳、健康的发展。

With the emergence and development of online games, virtual property has become the focus of disputes, but China＇s current law does not make this issue clear. Network virtual property should be protected as a kind of independent property fight to make it have a sound development.
