从韩非的君臣观中看《韩非子》的治吏思想

韩非是继吴起、商鞅、申不害等战国后期法家最重要的思想家,他对以往的法家思想进行了深入的研究、总结和扬弃,从而将法家思想的理论水平推进到了新的高度,被后世学者看作是法家思想的集大成者。韩非的思想内容丰富,文章主要讨论其君臣观,并从中探讨《韩非子》中所反映出的韩非的治吏思想。

Hart Fei is the most important thinker of Legalists at the late Warring States, following Wu Qi, Shang Yang and Sben Buhai. As a thinker, he studied the former Legalists thinking deeply and summarized their thoughts, then developed the good aspects and discarded the bad to makethe theory of Legalists thinking advanced to a new level. Han Fei is regarded as the epitome of the Legalists thinking by the later generation scholars. The ideological content of Han Fei is very rich. This paper discusses his thought of the relation between supreme rulers and officials to inquire into his thoughts about how to govern the officials ,which were reflected in Han Fei Zi.
