摘要
研究的语料是40篇英语专业二年级学生的作文。结果发现学习者对虚拟语气标记的使用在不同小句中的分布有差异,if条件句从句部分恰当S-标记的使用比例要高于其主句部分的使用比例;后者恰当S-标记的使用比例又高于"光杆"主句,且远高于其他类型从句中恰当S-标记的使用率。中国学生议论文中虚拟语气标记的使用特征说明了学习者对该标记习得的过渡语状态。
This paper investigates Chinese learners'use of subjunctive markers ( S - markers) in different types of clauses. The data used is a collection of 40 argumentative compositions. It is found that the use of S -markers is significantly influenced by clause types. In conditionals, more appropriate S - markers are used in the subordinate clanses than in the main clauses, which in turn use a higher rate of appropriate S - markers than single clauses. The smallest number of appropriate S - markers is found in subordinate clauses of non - condi- tionals. The author argues that the property of learner's use of S - markers signifies the inter -lingual state of leamers'languagu system.
