Periodic solutiou of single - species model with discrete time delays is investigated by the method of upper and lower solu- tions and inequality techniques. It is shown if the system has a pair of T - periodic upper and lower solutions, the periodic quasi - solution is the same one, which is exactly the unique periodic solution of the system.
