2型糖尿病患者糖耐量正常的一级亲属脂代谢与胰岛β细胞功能的变化 被引量:2

摘要 2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是具有明显遗传倾向的疾病,T2DM患者的一级亲属是糖尿病(diabetes melitus,DM)发病的高危人群.目前国内外众多的对DM预防的研究多集中于葡萄糖耐量减低和(或)空腹血糖受损者,对糖耐量正常者的研究相对较少.而且长期以来DM脂代谓十异常被认为是继发于糖代谢紊乱,却忽略了脂代谢紊乱,尤其是高甘油三脂(TG)血症所致的脂毒性对胰岛β细胞功能和糖代谢的影响.本研究探讨T2DM患者糖耐量正常的一级亲属脂代谢与胰岛β细胞功能的变化.
