2型糖尿病患者糖耐量正常的一级亲属脂代谢与胰岛β细胞功能的变化 被引量：2

摘要 2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）是具有明显遗传倾向的疾病，T2DM患者的一级亲属是糖尿病（diabetes melitus，DM）发病的高危人群．目前国内外众多的对DM预防的研究多集中于葡萄糖耐量减低和（或）空腹血糖受损者，对糖耐量正常者的研究相对较少．而且长期以来DM脂代谓十异常被认为是继发于糖代谢紊乱，却忽略了脂代谢紊乱，尤其是高甘油三脂（TG）血症所致的脂毒性对胰岛β细胞功能和糖代谢的影响．本研究探讨T2DM患者糖耐量正常的一级亲属脂代谢与胰岛β细胞功能的变化．
