摘要
青年志愿服务符合社会发展的内在要求,而具有市场运作性、最大程度的参与性、资源整合性、助人自助性等特点的"品牌服务链"适应着青年志愿服务的发展需求,其建构模式包括社会需求及市场成效评估、品牌创建与管理、品牌扩张与服务链形成三个部分。培养庞大的社会工作队伍,建立"品牌服务链"社会支持网,争取国家财政与政策支持,能更有效地促进"服务链"的建构与青年志愿服务的长效发展。
Youth voluntary service is an intrinsic demand of social development, while the "brand- service- chain", with such characteristics as market - operation, maximized participation, resource integration, helping both others and oneself, is adapting to the demands in developing youth voluntary service. The construction mode of the chain consists of three sections, including social needs and assessment on market efficiency, creation and management of brands, brand expansion and the formation of service chain. Therefore, in order to promote more effectively the construction of "service chain" and the long - term development of youth voluntary service, we should develop a large team of social workers, build a network of social support to "brand - service - chain", and strive for national support in terms of finance and policy.
