摘要
要提高我国企业的凝聚力、向心力和核心竞争力,必须重视现代企业文化的建设。建设现代企业文化要重点处理好三个关系,即民族性与时代性的关系,现代文明与传统文化的关系,个性与共性的关系。
To strengthen the cohesion, centripetal force, and core competence of Chinese enterprises, we must pay much attention to the construction of modern enterprise - culture. During the course, we should manage to handle three relationships well, including: the relationship between nationlity and era, the relationship between modern civilization and traditional culture, the relationship between individual and general characters.
