摘要
为了提高锅炉的自动监控水平,针对目前锅炉监控技术问题,提出了采用嵌入式微处理器为控制器核的锅炉状态参数监控设计方案,通过对监控系统的硬件和软件系统的设计,实现了对水位、烟气氧量、蒸汽流量、蒸汽压力、鼓风风量、炉膛温度等现场物理量的采集和处理,实现了锅炉的实时控制。
In order to realization the autocontrol of power boiler, and its work was ensured, and contraposed it's technically problem, the design scheme that is used to inspect and control the state parameter of boiler was conceived, and the controller was constitute by embedded kernel. The hardware and software system were designed, it was realized and the state parameter of boiler were gathered and dealt with water level, smoke oxygenous, steam flux, steam pressure, blast wind flux and hearth temperature, real time controlling is realize in boiler.
