生脉注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察生脉注射液对冠心病(CHD)心力衰竭的疗效。方法将78例CHD心力衰竭的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,对照组采用硝酸酯、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、强心等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液,并于治疗前后观察两组心功能改善情况,测定血流动力学指标及24h内心肌缺血的发作次数。结果治疗组显效19例,有效18例,总有效率94.9%。对照组显效6例,有效16例,总有效率56.4%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后左室射血分数、左室舒张末容积指数、24h内心肌缺血次数间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生脉注射液能明显改善CHD心力衰竭患者的心功能,且无不良反应。
