目的探讨深圳市职业病防治院(深圳市职防院)建院以来工人上岗前体检和职业性健康检查工作量变化的趋势,为做好健康监护和职业病防治管理决策提供依据。方法应用Excel软件对2006-2008年以来工人上岗前体检和职业性健康检查人次建立曲线模型,并预测2009年的健康监护人次。结果建立2006-2008年工人上岗前体检人次的对数拟合模型为:y=16189Ln(x)+9899.2,相关指数为R2=0.9992,建立职业性健康检查人次的直线拟合模型为:y=6399.5x-2282.7,相关指数为R2=0.9999,拟合效果良好,利用此模型外推预测2009年的工人上岗前体检和职业性健康检查为32341.92人次和23315.30人次。结论深圳市职防院近年的健康监护人次呈明显上升趋势。利用Excel软件的函数和数据分析工具,为建立复杂健康监护工作量的统计或计量分析工作带来极大的便利,可为做好健康监护的人力资源的合理配置和职业病防治管理决策提供依据。
