弥漫性轴索损伤46例诊治分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)患者的临床特点、早期诊断、治疗方法和预后。方法对2003年12月至2008年3月收治的46例DAI患者进行回顾性研究,着重分析其临床特点、影像学资料、治疗及预后。结果46例DAI患者中,6例恢复良好,14例中残,13例重残,2例植物生存,11例死亡。结论DAI原因多为车祸伤及高空坠落伤,早期确诊缺乏有力的影像学证据,治疗效果欠佳。联合应用CT和多种MRI序列有利于早期诊断,采用综合治疗方案是降低患者死亡率和致残率的关键。
