摘要
"公民本位"是公认的服务型政府的核心价值理念。警察在坚持依法执行打击刑事违法犯罪,维护社会治安秩序和社会稳定的同时,应树立"以人为本,执法为民"的核心价值观,尽快实现执法从管制型向服务型,从官本位向公民本位,从权力本位向权利本位转变,力争建设成为一支服务型警察队伍,使执法工作最大限度地让人民满意。
＂Citizen- based＂ is recognized as service- oriented government＇s core values. While police insist the law enforcement in the fight against criminal crimes, protect the social order and social stability, they should establish the core values of ＂people - oriented, law enforcement for people,＂ and implement law enforcement as soon as possible from the control type to service - oriented, from the official standard to citizen - based, from power - based to rights - based, and strive to build itself into a service - oftented police force, so as to maximize the satisfaction of the people
