The law＇ s determinacy is the necessity demand of rule regulation by law. But it is the outcome of adynamic, open, complicated procedure. The article takes Xu Ting＇ s case as an example, poses a challenge to law＇ s determinacy of modern society, points out the social causes of the legal uncertainty, analyses how to find the relative law＇ s determinacy in modern society.
