摘要
目的:应用计算机图像处理技术处理乳腺钼靶片,提高X线片的分辨率和诊断准确性。材料和方法:分析36例59张致密型乳腺钼靶X线片,全部病例均经手术病理证实为乳腺癌;通过计算机采用各种不同图像处理方法处理59张原X线片,并加以分析。结果:原乳腺X线片中未能显示肿块者50张(847%),疑似肿块者9张(153%)。经处理后得以明确显示的35张(593%),较原片显示清楚的20张(339%),仍未显示的4张(68%)。致密型乳腺X线片,经计算机图像处理后乳腺癌肿块检出率达932%。结论:计算机图像处理,在乳腺钼靶片的应用中具有提高诊断准确性的价值,特别是对致密型乳腺,临床可扪及肿块,而X线片因腺体密实而不能显示时,有一定的实用价值和临床意义。
PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of mammogram and accuracy of diagnosis by applicafion of digital inspection. MATERIALS AND METHODS:36cases (59 film)of dense breast was analysed. All cases was proved to be carcinoma of breast by pathology. All the original X-ray film were treated by digital inspection technique. A comparison was performed between the imaging of the original X-ray film and those after digital inspection treatment. RESULTS:The tumor mass could not be clearly identifed in 50 original X-ray films (84 7%).ln the remainning 9 films the tumor masses were only suspecions (15 3%),while using digital inspection the tumor masses were definitely shown in 35 film(59 3%).The masses could be better circumscribed than the original one in 20 films(33 9%).There were only 4 films (6 8%)in which the tumor mass still could not be clearly shown. As a whole the tumor masses could be definitely identified in 93 2% of all cases in our study. CONCLUSION: The accuracy of diagnosis was improved by application of digital inspection in mammogram especially in the dense breast. The method we used is valuable in the clinic.
