摘要
在房地产市场观望"僵持"的时期,房地产企业应根据国家不断变化的现行政策、市场环境以及不同的购房者心理因素而采取一些定价策略,即城市化发展定价策略、高价投放定价策略、分段定价策略、组合销售定价策略、优惠销售定价策略和目标销售定价策略,以期改变购房者的观望情绪,促进房产的销售。
During the watch-and see period of housing market in stalemate, the real estate enterprises should take some pricing strategies according to the present changeable policies of the government, market environment, and varied psychological elements of the purchasers. The strategies of urbanization development pricing, high price release pricing, segmented pricing, combined sales pricing, preferential sales pricing and target sales pricing tend to change the watch-and- see mood of purchasers and promote the housing sales.
