Study on the Construction Ecological City of Kunming

独特的地理与气候优势,多样丰富的生物和旅游资源等构成了昆明生态城市建设的基本条件。但城市生态系统的忽略、城市结构和功能布局的不合理、发展与保护的不平衡、人口增长及滇池污染的压力等则困扰着昆明生态城市建设。当前昆明要重点加强城市水环境治理,加快城市绿化步伐。在近中期还应运用生态经济规律制定经济社会发展计划和修订城市总体规划,限制污染行业,构建循环经济模式,健全生态城市发展机制,并重视农村生态建设。

Unique geography and .climate advantages, rich and varied biological and tourist resources constitute the elementary condition to construct an ecological city of Kunming. But neglecting city ecological system, unreasonable city structure and function layout, unbalanced development and protection, increasing growth of population and pollution of Dianchi Lake perplex the construction. At present, the focus of Kunming city is to strengthen putting water environment under control, speed the pace of planting trees in and around the city. Recently, applying the rules of ecological economy work out the plan of economy and society development, adjust the general design of the city, limit polluting enterprises, form circulative economy model, perfect developing mechanism of ecological city and pay attention to ecological construction of countryside.
