专业教学团队的建设是目前高等教育教学改革的一个重要举措,也是进一步提高本科教学质量的现实要求。新建本科院校作为目前本科教育体系中的一支重要力量,在办学条件不够理想,师资力量还较为薄弱的情况下,应该高度重视教学团队的建设工作。通过解决团队建设中的相关问题,尽快实现建设高水平教学团队的目标,从而带动专业整体教学水平的提升和人才培养质量的提高。

The construction of professional teaching staff is an important measure in the present reform of higher education and teaching and also a realistic demand for further improvement of the teaching quality in universities. The newly-buih university, as an important force among the present university educational system, due to the disadvantages of running a school, lack of qualified teaching staff, must pay attention to the construction of teaching faculty. By solving the problems of the construction concerned, to realize the aim of setting up high standard teaching faculty, so as to improve the teaching level as a whole and the quality of personnel training.
