利用DH群体定位白叶枯病抗性QTL 被引量:1

Mapping QTLs for Bacterial Blight Resistance in a DH Population

摘要 以珍汕97和武育粳2号构建的籼粳杂交DH群体及其双亲为材料,通过接种8种白叶枯病菌株(菲律宾菌系的PXO71、PXO99、PXO61,中国菌系的GX325、Zhe173、LN44、KS-1-21和日本本菌系的T7133),考察了该DH群体对白叶枯病抗性,并进行数量性状位点(QTL)分析。共检测到了26个QTL,分别位于除第7、第11染色体外其它10条染色体上,其中检测到有2个位点分别对4种不同的菌株有抗性,有2个位点对3种不同的菌株有抗性,3个位点对2种菌株有抗性。表明这些QTL对水稻白叶枯病均具有广谱抗性,通过分子标记辅助选择利用并聚合这些广谱抗性的QTL可以较好地改良水稻对白叶枯病的抗性。 AjaponicaJindica double haploid (DH) population derived from Wuyujing2 and Zhenshan97, was used to detect QTLs for resistance to rice bacterial blight (BB) using eight strains ofXanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo), Philippine Xoo strains PXO71, PXO99, PXO61, Chinese Xoo strains GX325, Zhe173, LN44, KS-l-21 and Japanese Xoo strains T7133. Totally 26 QTLs were detected for BB resistance on 10 chromosomes except chromosome 7 and 11. There have been two loci detected for the resistance to the 4 different strains, 2 QTLs to 3 different strains, and 3 QTLs to two strains. The results showed that these loci are Wide-spectrum QTLs for the resistance to Xoo strains. It is expected that using maker-assisted selection (MAS), these QTLs can be combined to improve the resistance to Xoo stains of rice cultivars.
