摘要
本文主要分析了网络环境下用户信息需求的新变化及其影响因素,并针对这些变化,提出了用户自身及信息服务部门应采取的对策。
The article analyzed the new changes and influence elements of the users＇ information demand under the network enviromnent, pointed out the countermeasures that the users and the departments of information service should take based on these changes.
