数字图书馆已成为未来信息服务的发展方向。本文从特色的文献信息资源、高素质的专业人力资源、高水平的知识服务、完善的管理体系四个方面论述了数字图书馆核心竞争力的构成要素。

Digital Library Services are the future direction of development of information. In this paper, the constituent elements of digital libraries core competitiveness are discussed for following four aspects： unique literature information resources, high-quality professional human resources, a high level of knowledge services, a sound management system in four areas of the University Library on the core competitiveness of its constituent elements.
