摘要
1988年5月至1997年9月，我科采用倒“V—Y”及“W”成形术，共治疗先天性蹼状阴茎及阴茎延长术后并发蹼状阴茎12例。作者对手术方法、治疗效果及阴茎延长术后并发蹼状阴茎的形成原因进行探讨。
Our department treated 12 cases of congenital and complicated webbed penis after the penis prolongation using the inverse 'V-Y'and 'W'plasty from May of 1988 to September of 1997. Thisdisease was reported more seldomly, our paper discussed the operative approach, the treative effect andthe cause of the complicated webbed penis after the penis prolongation.
