Clinical analysis of 103 patients with acute urticaria due to infection

目的分析以感染诱发的103例急性荨麻疹的性别、年龄,伴随症状,实验室检查和治疗结果。方法收集103例急性荨麻疹资料,分析其病因、病程及治疗情况。结果急性荨麻疹以细菌感染及病毒感染为主,抗感染治疗有效。结论急性荨麻疹发病与感染有某种程度的特殊性关系。

Objective To understand the sex,age,complicated infective disease,symptoms,laboratory examination and therapy of 103 patients with acute urticaria.Methods The data were collected on 103 patients with acute urticaria due to infection.The cause,course and treatment were analyzed.Results Bacterial or viral infection were the principal cause of acute urticaria.Antibacterial or antiviral therapy was effective.Conclusion There may be a certain degree of particularity between infection and acute urticaria.
