酶法测定血清淀粉酶方法及临床应用

Enzymatic method to determine α-Amylase (AMS) and the clinical application

介绍使用国产葡萄糖苷酶来代替进口的葡萄糖苷酶测定血清α－淀粉酶．测定缓冲液为0．1mmol／L磷酸盐缓冲液（pH＝6．8）。葡萄糖苷酶浓度＞8000U／L．该法测定血清α－淀粉酶至少在0～420U／L内有良好的线性、批内不精密度＜2％，日间不精密度＜3％，与PNP方法比较有良好的相关性，特异性也较高，可满足医院临床使用的要求。

This paper introduces a new method for measuring α-Amylase(AMS) in serum. This method usedthe local made natural glucosidase. The concentration of phosphate buffer was 0.1mmol /L and glucosidase wasmore than 800 U/L. The linearity of the method extended to 420U/L. The imprecision have within run and be-tween days was less than 2 % and 3% respcctively and the relativity with PNP method was very good. Ourmethod is special and sensitive for measuring a-AMS and will be satisfied by clinical demand-
