Cyclin E and its relationship with endocrine treatment and prognosis of breast cancer

摘要 细胞周期蛋白E（cyclin E）作为细胞进入S期的限速调节因子备受关注。研究表明，cyclin E与乳腺癌的内分泌治疗疗效和预后存在相关性，且与其他生物学指标相比，它与乳腺肿瘤预后的相关性更大。 Cyclin E is an important regulatory factor promoting cells to enter the S phase. Studies show that cyclin E has stronger correlation with the prognosis of breast cancer than other biomarkers and it is also correlated with curative effect of endocrine therapy of breast cancer.
