摘要
延黄牛是2008年初由农业部审批公布的我国第二个肉用型牛品种，经1979-2007年近三十年杂交选育，其遗传组成为利木赞牛25％，延边牛75％。初生重：公30．9（28-34）kg，母28．9（26-32）kg。成年体重：公901．5kg，母490．8kg。该品种具有良好的适应性和产肉性能，其肉用指数：成年公牛5．66～6．76kg／cm，成年母牛4．06～4．58kg／cm，分别超过了专门化肉用型牛的BPI底线值5．60和3．9kg／cm。
Yanghuang is the second beef breed recognized by The Ministry of Agriculture of China in 2008. After 28 years of crossbreeding and selection, the genetic composition of Yanhuang breed contains 25% Limousin and 75 % Yanbian. Birth weight and adult body weight of Yanhuang were 30.9 （28-34,♂ ）, 28. 9（26-32, ♀ ） and 901.5 （ ♂ ）, 490.8 kg （ ♀ ）, receptively. Yanhuang breed has a good adaptability and beef performance. Beef production index （BPI） were 5.66-6.76 kg/cm and 4. 06-4.58 kg/cm, which are higher the bottom value of foreign specialized beef, i. e. 5.60 kg/cm （ ♂ ）, and 3.9 kg/cm （ ♀） .
