中小学教师素质教育思想认识存在问题及对策

素质教育在我国的提出和实施已经有好多年了,但现实中素质教育在我国中小学的实施并非像人们想象的那么顺利。原因有许多方面,但目前我国中小学教师对待素质教育的思想认识是素质教育不能顺利实施的关键因素。就目前我国中小学教师对待素质教育的一些思想认识问题加以分析,并试图寻找一些解决这些思想认识问题的对策,从而统一教师的思想认识,为素质教育的顺利实施排除思想上的障碍。
