摘要
语言是人类对客观物质世界的认识的反映,是人类表达主观思维的工具,语言由词汇构成,不同语言中的词汇存在偶合、并行、空缺和冲突四大基本特征。本文拟从对比分析的角度,探讨汉英两种语言的这四种特征。
Language is u reflection of human beings＇ cognition to objective material world, and a tool for them to express their subjective thinking. Language is consist of vocabulary. The four basic features of lexical coincidence, lexieal parallel, lexical .vaeaucy, lexical conflict exist in different languages. From the perspective of contrast analysis, the paper discussed these four features of the two languages - English and Chinese.
