骨质疏松性骨折患者住院治疗费用（2000-2006年）统计

Statistics on the Expenses for Medical Care of Osteoporotic Fractures in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital(from 2000 to 2006)

目的通过该统计资料了解我院近7年来用于骨质疏松性骨折治疗费用的增长情况，充实我国在骨质疏松性骨折治疗方面的资料。方法收集2000-2006年间北京积水潭医院创伤骨科50岁以上绝经后女性骨折患者（主要诊断为股骨颈骨折、股骨粗隆间骨折）的住院资料．包括病例数量、患者年龄、住院天数和住院费用。对收集资料进行统计分析。结果排除继发性骨质疏松症后．2000-2006年间．北京积水潭医院创伤骨科共收治50岁以上绝经后女性股骨颈骨折患者679例，平均每年97例，人均住院天数为17．9d，年人均治疗费用为24873．2元，平均每年递增6．14％；50岁以上绝经后女性股骨粗隆间骨折患者311例．平均每年44．4例。人均住院天数为18d，年人均治疗费用20477．2元。平均每年递增11．9％。结论2000-2006年期间，在北京积水潭医院治疗的50岁以上绝经后女性股骨颈骨折和股骨粗隆间骨折患者的年平均治疗费用约为334．6万元（总费用为2342万元）．费用有逐年上升的趋势。

Objective Through analyzing the expenditures of osteoporotic fractures such as distal radius fracture, femeral neck fracture and femeral intertrochanter fracture from 2000 to 2006 in our hospital .to enrich the data of this aspect in our country. Methods Data of mount,age,therapeutic cost and days of hospitalization of the osteoporotic fracture women admitted to orthopedic trauma department of our hospital.who aged over 50 with fractures of femoral neck and intertrochanteric regions were collected. The data collected were analyzed. Results During these 7 years, 679 women who aged over 50 and with femoral neck fractures were admitted ,about 97 per year. Time of hospitaliza- tion was 17.9 days on average. The average cost was around 24873.2 yuan with an increase of 6.14% per year. 311 women aged over 50 were admitted for fractures of femur intertrochanteric,about 44.4 per year with an average cost of 20477.2 yuan. The increase is 11.9%, per year,and the average length of hospitalization is 18 days. Conclusion In Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, women aged over 50 years that sufferred from this two osteoporotic fractures cost about 23.42 million yuan during the period from 2000-2006 with an average cost of 3. 346 million yuan per year. The cost is still increasing year by year.
