葡萄糖耐量因子的提取及致突变活性研究

EXTRACTION OF GLUCOSE TOLERANCE FACTOR AND ITS MUTAGENICITY

从富铬酵母中提取葡萄糖耐量因子，并对其进行Ａｍｅｓ试验、枯草杆菌重组试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验，结果为阴性。表明该受试物对微生物系统。

Glucose tolerance factor(GTF) was extracted from Chromiumenriched yeast.Ames test,hay bacillus recassay test,mouse teratospermia test and mouse marrow cell micronucleus test were used to study whether the GTF has mutagenicity.The results show that the GTF has not any mutagenesis to microbiologic system,somatic cells and germinal cells.
