南充市主导产业选择探析

ON THE CHOICE OF LEADING INDUSTRIES IN NANCHONG CITY

南充市是四川省八大中心城市之一,但同时也是四川省经济欠发达城市之一。文章探讨了南充市主导产业选择直接影响南充市区域经济竞争力和经济可持续发展。在分析主导产业的基本特征和作用机理基础上,构建了区域主导产业选择评价体系,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,选择近期带动南充市经济发展的主导产业为石油化工业、机械汽配及器材制造业、纺织服装制造业,并根据其各自行业特点,提出相应的发展对策,对区域经济发展和区域产业结构演进研究具有一定意义。

This paper focuses on the choice of leading industry that has direct influence on the regional economic competitiveness and the economic sustainable development in the city of Nanchong,which is one of the major central and underdeveloped cities in Sichuan Province. Based on the analysis of the primary characteristics of leading industries and their functions,the author introduces the evaluation system of establishing the choice of regional leading industries. By adopting the combination of both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper suggests that petrol chemical industry,manufacture of mechanical auto components and equipment,and textile & clothing manufacture should be chosen as the leading industries to develop the economy in Nanchong city. Development strategies are also proposed according to their respective features. It is hoped that this paper provides some reference for further studies of the regional economic development and the evolution of the regional industrial structure.
