摘要
采用生态系统管理方法中最新的非线性理论方法,选取杭州湾南岸互花米草盐沼生态系统为研究对象,建立了互花米草盐沼生态系统的分布面积及其生态系统服务价值之间的非线性关系模型,并进行定量分析。研究结果显示,当互花米草盐沼生态系统面积为25.4km2、对虾养殖面积为9.6km2,即对互花米草盐沼生态系统的开发面积不超过其总面积的27%时,可实现该区域资源价值的最大化,其评估值最高,为2626.7万元。运用非线性关系理论对海岸带互花米草盐沼这一典型生态系统的价值进行评估,打破了以往对互花米草生态资源开发与保护采用"是或否"的管理模式,更重要的是为海洋生态系统管理方法在海岸带资源开发与保护中实现从"是或否"的管理到"多或少"的管理提供了有力支持。
The paper selects a Spartina alterniflora salt marsh ecosystem in south coast of Hangzhou Bay as a study object by using the up-todate "nonlinear" ecosystem method of ecosystem-based management approach. The quantitative research was conducted through establishing a nonlinear model between the area of the Spartina alterniflora salt marsh ecosystem and its ecosystem service values. The results showed that the value of the district was the highest, which is 2.6 × 10^7 yuan RMB, when the areas of the ecosystem and prawn pond are 25.4 km^2 and 9.6 km^2 respectively. And that is recommended that ideal Spartina alterniflora/pond ratios should not exceed 27 % of the ecosystem area converted to ponds. The case study indicated that by using the nonlinear method not only could help lead the way out of all-or-nothing management gridlock, but also supply a better coastal management approach from all-or-nothing to more-or-less for coastal zone resources conservation and utilization plans.
