长沙市某大学医学生与非医学生艾滋病认知情况调查 被引量:2

AIDS Cognition Survey of Medicos and Non-Medicos in a Certain University in Changsha

摘要 目的了解在校大学生艾滋病知识和态度,为学校开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对长沙市某大学的医学和非医学专业学生各300名进行问卷调查。结果大学生对艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率为82.68%,对"是否知道去哪里进行艾滋病毒检测"、"艾滋病是我国乙类传染病"的知晓率为56.26%和54.08%;对"蚊虫叮咬能传染HIV吗"、"不共用注射针头"的知晓率为63.88%和62.79%;"不同意婚前性行为"的人数只占32.49%。医学与非医学专业学生在AIDS的某些态度、相关知识、传播途径、预防途径及获取知识来源等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生已掌握部分艾滋病相关知识,但非医学生对AIDS的认识水平有待提高;应进一步对大学生开展AIDS知识的健康教育。 Objective To understand the college students' AIDS knowledge and their attitudes towards AIDS, and to provide a scientific basis for AIDS health education in college. Methods By means of lamination random sampling a questionnaire survey was conducted to 300 college students of a certain university in Changsha, based on their medical and non- medical background. Results The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 82.68% in college students, .56.26 % of the students knew where to go for HIV examination, and 54.08 % of them were aware of AIDS is category B infectious disease in China. 63.88 % of the students knew the correct answer to whether mosquito bites can cause HIV infection, and 62.79 % knew that injection needles can not be shared. Only 32.49 % students did not agree premarital sexual behavior. College medicos and non- medicos showed significant differences (P〈 0.05) in their attitudes towards AIDS, as well as the acquisition of AIDS - related knowledge like dissemination routes, prevention approaches, etc. Conclusions The college students have already grasped some related knowledge about AIDS, but the non - medicos should improve their cognition of AIDS. There is urgent need to carry out the health education about AIDS knowledge for the college students.
