西双版纳州2006年人口较少民族成人健康检查结果分析

Analysis on Adult Health Examination Results of Two Ethnic Minorities in Xishuangbanna in 2006

目的了解西双版纳人口较少民族布朗族和基诺族成人的健康状况和部分慢性病的流行病学情况,为疾病的预防提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对西双版纳州18岁以上基诺族1 589人,布朗族822人进行医学检查和实验室检查。结果布朗族和基诺族成人平均身高为153.7 cm和154.8 cm,超重和肥胖发病率分别为15.01%、14.74%和8.25%、5.75%,血压异常发病率为9.98%和8.04%,血糖升高为2.37%和1.79%,胆固醇和甘油三酯异常分别为14.04%、26.50%和9.31%、18.81%,贫血发生率为5.09%和3.67%,乙肝表面抗原阳性、脂肪肝、胆结石、肾结石和子宫肌瘤发病率均低于国内相关报道。结论布朗族和基诺族大部分与营养相关性疾病发病率低于全国水平,但血脂异常高于全国水平,随着生活水平的改善政府应加强饮食宣传,引导人群建立正确的消费观念和膳食模式。

Objective To know the health conditions of the two smallest ethnic groups, including Bulang nationality and Jinuo nationality, in Xishuangbanna, and to provide the evidence for disease control in these population. Methods A strat- ified- clustered- random sampling method was used. A total of 822 Bulang individuals and 1,589 Jinuo individuals aged above 18 years were examined by both clinical examinations and laboratory tests. Results The average height was 153.7cm in Bulang nationality and 154.8 cm in Jinuo nationality. The incidence rates of overweight, obesity, abnormal blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high triglyceride, and anemia in Bulang nationality and Jinuo nationality were 15.01% and 14.74, 8.25% andS.75%, 9.98% and8.04%, 2.37% andl.79%, 14.04% and26.50%, 9.31% and18.81%, 5.09% and 3.67%, respectively. The incidence rates of HBsAg positive, fatty liver, cholelithiasis, kidney stone and hysteromyoma in Bulang nationality and Jinuo nationality were lower than those of the national average levels. Conclusions The morbidi- ties of life - style related diseases in Bulang nationality and Jinuo nationality are lower than those of the national average levels except hyperlipidemia, which indicates that with the economic improvement, the government should develop health education on healthy life style, especially healthy diet.
