摘要
目的了解我国福建江水中细菌的种类及分布情况。方法用水样采集器采集江水,水样经增菌培养和细菌分离,进行细菌学鉴定。结果从80份水样中分离出细菌56种1 041株,其中肠杆菌科细菌608株(58.41%),弧菌科细菌158株(15.18%),非发酵菌116株(11.14%),革兰阳性杆菌82株(7.88%),革兰阳性球菌77株(7.39%)。结论福建江水细菌种类多、分布广,此项调查对于江水细菌感染的防治具有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the species and distribution of bacteria in river water of Fujian. Methods A total of 80 samples of river water from different regions were collected. Bacteria in river water were cultured, separated and identified. Results Among 1,041 strains of bacteria isolated from river water, there were 608 strains of Enterobacteri- aceae (58.41%), 1.58 strains of Vibrionaceae (1.5.18%), 116 strains of Nenfermenters (11.14%), 82 strains of Gram - positive bacilli (7. 88 % ), and 77 strains of Gram - positive cocci (7. 39 % ). Conclusions There are many species of bac- teria with wide distribution in river water of Fujian. This investigation may have certain significance for prevention and treat- ment of bacteria infection in river water.
