卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤保留生育功能的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Fertility-preserving Treatment of Malignant Ovarian Germ Cell Tumors

目的探讨卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤保留生育功能治疗对患者生存情况、月经和生育功能的影响。方法回顾性分析21例保留生育功能的卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤年轻患者的生存情况及生育情况,包括治疗前后月经的变化及孕产情况等。结果截止到2008年8月30日,21例患者中,有2例死亡,19例存活,总体生存率为90.5%。化疗期间4例月经紊乱,化疗后3个月左右均恢复正常。6例有生育愿望,共孕6次,足月产4次,流产2次。结论保留生育功能的手术对有生育要求的患者是可行的。

Objective To analyze the effects of fertility- preserving therapy for malignant ovarian germ cell tumors （MOGT） on the survival rate, menstruation, and reproductive function. Methods Twenty- one young patients with MOGT who had undergone fertility - preserving therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Survival and reproduction of these patients were studied, including the changes in menstruation and pregnancy and its outcome. Results As of August 30, 2008, two patients died while the rest survived among the 21 patients, the overall survival rate was 90.5%. 4 patients had menstrual disorder in chemotherapy, 3 of whom returned to normal in about 3 months. 6 patients who had desire to be pregnant got pregnancies for 6 times altogether, among which 4 term births and 2 abortions occurred. Conclusions It is feasible for patients with MOGT who hope to maintain fertility function to undergo fertility- preserving therapy.
