康复新液对尖锐湿疣激光术后伤口愈合的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin Liquor on Healing in Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum After Treatment of CO2 Laser

目的观察康复新液对尖锐湿疣激光术后伤口愈合的影响。方法178例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用康复新液湿敷创面,疗程均为15 d,分别观察术后5、10、15 d伤口愈合情况。结果治疗组术后5、10、15 d有效率分别为51.69%、87.6%、95.5%均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液有利于尖锐湿疣CO2激光术后创面愈合。

Objective To observe the effect of kangfuxin liquor on healing in patients with condyloma acuminatum（CA） after treatment of CO2 laser. Methods A total of 178 patients with CA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 89 patients in control group were treated by routine therapy, and 89 patients in treatment group were treated with kangfuxin liquor on the basis of routine therapy. Both the two groups received a treatment course of 1.5 days. The healing degree was observed on the 5th , 10th , and 15th days after treatment in both groups. Results The effective rates on the 5th , 10th and 15th days after treatment were 51.69%, 87.6% and 95.5% respectively in treatment group, which were significantly superior to those of control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Kangfuxin liquor is effective in healing in patients with CA after treatment of CO2 laser.
