慢性肾病患者氨甲酰血红蛋白的测定及意义 被引量:1

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF CARBAMYLATED HAEMOGLOBIN LEVELS IN CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE PATIENTS

摘要 目的:了解氨甲酰血红蛋白在各种慢性肾病中的变化及意义。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对31例慢性肾衰患者、18例肾移植术后肾功恢复正常的病人及25例经血液透析治疗的病人透析前后的氨甲酰血红蛋白进行测定并与30例健康人对比。结果:各病例组氨甲酰血红蛋白均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),透析前后无变化(P>0.05),其中慢性肾衰组、对照组的氨甲酰血红蛋白与尿素相关性较好。结论:氨甲酰血红蛋白与即刻尿素水平不相关,是一项反应数周前尿素水平的指标。 The carbamylated haemoglobin (CarHb) levels in 31 patients with chronic renal failure, 18 patients who have undergone kidney transplantation, 25 patients who have undergone hemodialysis, and 30 healthy subjects were determined using high performance liquid chromatography. The CarHb levels were found to higher in the chronic renal failure group, kidney transplant group and hemodiaysis group than in the healthy group (P < 0. 01). The CarHb levels were similarly in the hemodialysis group before and after hemodialysis (P > 0. 05 ).The results suggest that CarHb is a good indicator of ureal levels in chronic uremia.
