直肠癌组织hTERT和c-myc表达的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 端粒酶与细胞恶变、肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,而端粒酶催化亚基(hTERT)可能在端粒酶活性调节中起重要作用。目前研究发现c—myc的过度表达对激活hTERT基因可能起关键作用。本研究应用免疫组织化学法检测直肠癌、癌旁组织、腺瘤性息肉及正常直肠黏膜组织中hTERT和c—myc的表达,
