1资料与方法
1．1一般资料1995年5月-2006年10月山东省曹县人民医院共收治结、直肠癌患者526例，其中57例发生肝转移。57例中男32例，女15例。年龄34～80岁，平均年龄49．5岁。确诊结、直肠癌后术前发现肝转移54例，术中发现3例。原发肿瘤直径4～9cm，肝转移灶1个至多个，直径0．5～3cm，
