摘要
文章以国内8所高校130名图书馆员工的离职倾向调查所得数据为基础,根据BP人工神经网络算法原理,建立了高校图书馆员工离职倾向与领导管理、人际关系、工作本身、工作压力、福利报酬和发展前途6个影响因素之间的关系模型,并分析了各因素对离职倾向的影响程度。
On the basis of the investigation data obtained from 130 full-time librarians in 8 universities, the predicting model for the relation between turnover intention of university librarians and 6 influencing factors which are leadership management, interpersonal relationship, work itself, work stress, welfare benefits and development future has been developed with BP (back propagation)artificial neural network method, and the extent of the influence caused by the factors on turnover intention has been analyzed.
