Analysis for Educational Technology Training of Primary and Secondary School Teachers Based on Performance Technology

为了促进教育信息化的进程,国家很重视中小学教师教育技术培训的工作,投入了大笔资金,但是效果却不够理想。改进培训的绩效成了培训中的重要问题。文章应用绩效技术的方法来分析培训存在的问题,并提出解决的办法,探讨了具体实施方案,系统提高培训绩效。

In order to promote the process of the educational informationization, our country attaches great importance to the educational technology training of primary and secondary school teachers, and has invested a huge fund, but the effect is actually unsatisfactory. Therefore, improving training performance has become a critical problem of the training. This article analyzes the existence training problems based on performance technology, then proposes some solutions, and discusses the specific implementation plan for raising the training performance systematically.
